5. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 30 days before the charter incur a 10 percent fee. Cancellations within 30 days incur a 30 percent fee. No refunds are given for cancellations within 10 days or for no-shows. All cancellations must be sent by email and are based on the full charter price.
